Health Check Camp :

Health check up camp was organized on 24^th April , 2011 camp was inaugurated by Mrs. Manjit Kaur, Sarpanch of the  Rajpur village. In this Camp Team of Specialized Doctors visited the village & checked up about 100 Men . Women & children of the village. Team of Doctors team consisted of Dr. Narinder Singh –Dentist , Dr.Baldeep Singh –Orthopedic, Dr. Anurag Aggarwal –Child Specialist , Dr. Abhinav Aggarwal –Chest Specialist . Doctors also had a Conversation with the people about health problems and how to take care of them,suitable  medication was also prescribed . GHES Chairman S. Ajinder Pal Singh & Mrs. Manjeet Kaur Sarpanch of the village give the momentos to the doctors on this occasion . Mr. Sanjay Chona AGM NABARD thanked the doctors and the people of the village for their support & Co-operation . 

      

SEWA DIWAS: 

Management & Staff & Students of Guru Harkrishan Educational Society Celebrated the Birth Anniversary of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Ji as Sewa Diwas. The team visited ESI Hospital, Civil Hospital & Trauma Centre. The team prayed for the welfare and early recovery of the patients and they also distributed the fruits among the patients. Pamphlets containing the life history of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sahib Ji were also distributed among the patients.

              

Skill Development Programme for Women:

Guru Harkrishan Educational Society organized Skill Development Programme for women in collaboration with Seth Jai Parkash Polytechnic Damla under Community Develoment Programme of Monistry of Human Resource & Development. In this programme 20 women were imparted training for cutting , Tailoring & Garment Design. In the Valediction Programme the Manjit Kaur Sarpanch of Rajpura Village & Mrs. Gurmeet Kaur Director Guru Harkrishan Vocational Institute distributed the certificates.   

Skill Development Programme in Computers:

Guru Harkrishan Educational Society organized Skill Development Programme in collaboration with NABARD 25 students were trained in Office Automation through ICT for 3 months in which they were trained in computers and soft skills. 65% of the Students get jobs or they started their own work after completion of the programme . Dr.R.M Kumar G.M NABARD distributed the certificates to the students issued by National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. S.Ajinder pal Singh Chairman , GHES ,Mr. Sanjay Chona , D.D.M NABARD were present of the programme.
